Larry Gist 4 Governor (PAC) is a recognized Political Action Committee based in Arizona and organized under the laws of the State of Arizona.
All information gathered by this website will be used for campaign purposes at the sole discretion of the (PAC). All donations given to (PAC) will used at the sole discretion of the (PAC) as guided by the laws of the State of Arizona and will be used for campaign purposes only.
All donors must be 18 years of age or older and able to donate to (PAC) under the laws of the State in which they are legal residents.
Refunds will be issued with 24 hours of the receipt of an email to our refunds@gist4gov.com; all request made after that will be at the discretion of the (PAC). All donations made within 7 days of the deadline of the signature drive and all donations made within 7 days of the election upon which the referendum appears are NON-REFUNDABLE.
All volunteers that sign up through our site must be 18 years of age. All volunteers under 18 may sign up to be on our contact list but will only be allowed to volunteer if accompanied by a legal guardian.
