We need to slow down this INSIDIOUS deterioration of our neighborhoods from foreclosures which is tearing up our families and communities. As your governor I will order the State Banking Department and the State Attorney General who have the power and authority over the the banking industry to immediately summons the mortgage banks and their Servicing agents to address the crisis.
